RE/MAX Masters Millennium and New American Funding are proud to support our local Community Heroes on their purchase of a primary home. For borrowers who qualify in this program, New American Funding is offering complimentary credit approvals and an Appraisal Lender Credit!*  After a successful closing, a Fidelity National Home Warranty will be provided by RE/MAX Masters Millennium.  At least one borrower to the transaction must meet the required criteria below.

What is it?

Who is considered a Hero?

Community Heroes can be found anywhere.  We pass them on a walk, in the super market, or at a coffee shop.  For the purposes of the NAF Community Hero program, a borrower may participate if they are actively employed as noted below (with the exception of a Veteran who does not need to be actively employed in the Military but rather has completed necessary requirements for VA benefits):

How does it work?

Borrowers participating in the program need to complete the form below and present their Loan Officer at New American Funding with their Certificate of Participation.  Costs for the appraisal are paid by the borrower upfront during the transaction and then the borrower is eligible to receive a credit.  In addition to the requirements above for being a "Hero", the property must be a primary 1-unit home.  Additionally, a borrower must meet the income requirements as set by the Fannie Mae HomeReady® Program. Eligible loan types are Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans adhering to county loan limits.  To check a specific properties income limits CLICK HERE.

1. Receive disclosures and communications about my loan inquiry in electronic form (I confirm that I have a working computer system and internet website browser to view this webpage);

*Appraisal Fee closing credit is available for eligible NAF Community Heroes up to $775. Due to maximum seller concession rules applicable to purchase loan transactions, this Appraisal Fee closing credit could be less than $775 in some cases where other concessions have been made to the consumer. Please consult your loan consultant with questions about these maximum seller concession rules.  Only available for transactions in the State of Colorado.  Not available on bond or down payment assistance programs.  Subject to approval by New American Funding.
